The bottom level windows have been removed. The entire structure of these patios isn’t sound so they will both be reconstructed.
This is another deck that will be reworked, stabilized, and the railing brought up to code.
This structure, while handy for working on vehicles by former residents, will be removed and the basement garage door converted into French doors, we think.
And then there’s this little gem, the workshop in the garden area. It’s not a high priority but its placement has promise with gorgeous views through the windows. This one is going to take some pondering.
